Here are the documents ATF submitted to OMB in support of their late December attempt to  register “certain rifle sales”
Last day for public comment on the BATFE rifle registration scheme

Today is the last day for comments on the BATFE “emergency information collection action” which they intend to use to begin registering “certain rifles” at the point of sale.
If you haven’t already commented on the plan, we have some suggested comments here.
Please take the time to express your opposition to this proposal before January 5th, 2011.
